April Wishlist!

'spring walk'

Hi Guys!

So today I went on a 'spring walk' with Becky and Keris and oh my god it was freezing!  

It was fun despite the coldness and we did take some nice pictures! :) 

I love the hat I'm wearing as well haha, it's from Topshop and I got it for my sister last christmas!  I also had my Levi's vintage denim jacket on which looks nice but is NOT WARM AT ALL (I think it was like 32.00 from a vintage shop), I had a hoodie on underneath it though so I wasn't freezing! 

All the buildings in New York!

Whilst on Twitter the other night I came across a tweet from the Kate Spade NY twitter account, it mentioned a website filled with drawings of every building in New York, the page was created by Australian illustrator James Gulliver Hancock who is now based in New York and is attempting to draw every building in New York , The illustrations are brilliantly drawn and I would kill to be able to draw like that (despite the fact I took GCSE Art).

Cafe Nero time!

So today I went into town with 2 of my best friends for lunch at a place called Cafe Nero, it's been in my town for a year or so now but its a great place to go with lots of big cosy leather chairs and big long windows looking out onto the Parade - the street below.

We managed to get a seat upstairs right by a window and we got the cosy leather chairs haha! We all got 'Iced Drinks' which are milkshakes blended with ice, we also got whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles on top and it was sooooooo good!  I also got a Choc Chip Sponge Cake which was so good but abit sickly, we were in there for a good hour in which about half an hour of it was spent talking and not eating but we eventually had to leave when it started to get busy despite one of my friends Keris being reluctant to leave!

After leaving Cafe Nero we went to Boots to help my friend Becky look for a lipstick and try perfumes which was a very ... interesting experience, as we ended up trying to find the worst perfume possible and then would spray it on one of us unsuspectingly which left us smelling of old ladies and lavender.

After no success in Boots we went to Superdrug another make-up/pharmacy place, where she brought the Rimmel Kate Moss matte finish lipstick in shade 101!
